How we came to be…

Paw Pet Sitting was born from Allie’s lifelong love for animals and her desire to make families feel completely at ease when they’re away from their pets. What began as her simply helping out friends and neighbors blossomed into something much bigger—a heartfelt mission to create a pet-care experience filled with trust, joy, and genuine connection. With years of hands-on animal care behind her, Allie built PPS with warmth at its core, growing it slowly and intentionally through kindness, reliability, and the belief that every pet deserves to be treated like someone’s whole world. Today, her team of "nannies" continue the same loving spirit Allie started with, making PPS feel less like a service and more like a family.

    Overnight Care

    Overnights bring comfort and calm to pets who love having a trusted human nearby. Your sitter stays in your home to keep routines steady, offer companionship, and make sure your pet feels safe through the night and into the morning. It’s a cozy, reassuring option for pets who do best with extra attention and a familiar environment.

    Drop-ins

    Our drop-ins are designed to give your pets exactly what they need—meals, meds, playtime, fresh litter care, or simply someone to sit with them awhile. We care for dogs, cats, seniors, and small animals with warmth and gentle attention so every visit leaves your pet relaxed, loved, and well cared for.

    Our Day Stay service is designed just like babysitting—only for your pets! Whether you need a few hours or a full day, we provide non-stop, one-on-one care to keep your pet happy, engaged, and comfortable the entire time you’re away.

Overnight

Starting at $92/day

Full-time overnight coverage from the hours of 11 PM to 7 AM. Team member does not leave for more than four hours at a time during the day.

Day Stays

Starting at $42/stay

Uninterrupted visit spanning between two hours to eight hours as selected by the client.

Drop-Ins

Starting at $20/visit

Uninterrupted visit spanning between 30 minutes to 1 hour as selected by the client.

FAQs

  • We do our best to maintain consistency, but sitter availability does vary. All sitters are trained and vetted and up to the task!

  • Yes. All of our sitters are thoroughly vetted and insured for your peace of mind and their safety.

  • Yes, we can administer most medications, including subcutaneous injections as long as clear instructions and instruments are provided.

  • Additional fees do apply for holidays, extended care, additional pets, or special requests. All fees are outlined upfront.

  • Yes. A meet & greet is required for all new clients to ensure a great fit for you, your pets, and our sitters.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for holidays and peak travel seasons. We often recommend three months in advance for busy seasons.

  • A day-stay is non-stop, in-home care for a select number of hours—similar to babysitting, but for pets.

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the service and timing. Details are provided during booking.

  • We service all of Greensboro, Oak Ridge, Summerfield, Kernersville and surrounding triad areas.
